hotjili Terms & Conditions

Access to and use of the hotjili Platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulatory requirements for all online gambling platforms serving the Philippine market.
• You are accessing hotjili from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the hotjili Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of hotjili or any of its affiliated game providers.

hotjili reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, passport, or other acceptable proof of age and identity. Accounts may be temporarily restricted pending completion of age verification.

To access real-money gaming features on hotjili, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the hotjili Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, or payment method used — constitute a violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. hotjili is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. hotjili will not be responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Notification of breach. You must notify hotjili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. Contact support via the in-platform live chat or at [email protected].
• Mobile verification. Account registration requires verification of a valid Philippine mobile number. One-time PIN (OTP) verification is used to confirm account ownership and for security-sensitive account actions.

All financial transactions on the hotjili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods. hotjili accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods may change without notice.
• Minimum deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. The general minimum is ₱100.
• Deposit processing. E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are credited instantly. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the policies of the respective financial institution.
• Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. hotjili reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to hours of approval.
• Withdrawal limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the withdrawal page and may be adjusted from time to time.
• Player funds. Funds in your hotjili account wallet are held on your behalf for the purpose of gaming. hotjili does not use player funds for operating expenses. Player balances are not interest-bearing.
• Fees. hotjili does not currently charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own fees. hotjili is not responsible for fees charged by external payment providers.
• Declined transactions. hotjili reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction that triggers fraud detection systems, violates these Terms, or cannot be completed for technical reasons.

hotjili offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each promotion:

• Wagering requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met.
• One bonus per player. Each player is eligible for each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Eligibility. hotjili reserves the right to determine which players qualify for any given promotion. Promotions may be targeted to specific player segments based on deposit history, game activity, or other criteria.
• Bonus abuse. hotjili prohibits any behavior designed to exploit bonuses beyond their intended purpose, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns that exploit bonus mechanics. hotjili reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from abusive play.
• Modification and cancellation. hotjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

All games offered on the hotjili Platform operate under the following principles:

• Random Number Generators (RNG). All slot and virtual table games on hotjili use certified RNG systems that ensure each outcome is independent and unpredictable. RNG systems are subject to regular testing and certification under PAGCOR oversight.
• Live dealer games. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers operating in supervised studio environments. hotjili live casino games produce real outcomes in real time. In the event of technical failure during a live game, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player.
• Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, error, or technical fault, hotjili reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's account. hotjili will not be liable for any winnings generated as a result of a technical malfunction.
• Bets once placed. Once a bet has been confirmed and the relevant game round has commenced, the bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• Published RTPs. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available in the game information for each title. RTP figures represent mathematical averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee any individual player's results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hotjili Platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or while subject to a self-exclusion order
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players or manipulating game outcomes
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financially criminal purpose
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to hotjili immediately
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals of deposits after the funds have been used for gameplay
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal
• Any other conduct that hotjili determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be harmful, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the spirit of fair play

All content on the hotjili Platform — including but not limited to the hotjili brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, user interface design, audio, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of hotjili or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the hotjili Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hotjili.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hotjili, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security
• Interruptions in service, technical errors, or Platform unavailability due to circumstances beyond hotjili's reasonable control
• Decisions made by the Player regarding their own gameplay, wagering strategy, or financial management

Gambling involves financial risk. hotjili does not guarantee any player a profit. The house edge in all games means that over time, the Platform retains a statistical advantage. Players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. hotjili is not responsible for any financial loss, personal hardship, or other adverse outcome resulting from a player's decision to gamble on the Platform.

hotjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms
• hotjili suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account
• Required by applicable law, regulation, or regulatory instruction from PAGCOR
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the hotjili Responsible Gaming Policy

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, hotjili reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., regulatory instruction), any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any required identity verification.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting hotjili support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. hotjili operates under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws. hotjili does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in all jurisdictions.

hotjili reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hotjili will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or prominent display on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the hotjili Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure via support.
